All booking dates are local time.
When will my booking be confirmed after purchase?
The booking will be confirmed immediately after purchase. After purchasing, we will send you a purchase completion email.
What is the minimum / maximum number of the purchase booking?
It depends on the plan.

Can I make a booking on behalf of my family and friends?

Immediately after making a booking purchase, a purchase completion email will be sent to the email address you entered. Please confirm the booking details from that email.
What is e-ticket?
It is a QR code issued when a product or plan is purchased. At the same time, we will also issue a 6-digit e-ticket ID.
You can receive the service by presenting your e-ticket or by giving your e-ticket ID when you arrive.
Please be careful not to lose your e-ticket until the day you arrive.
When will I receive my e-ticket?
Immediately after making a booking purchase, a purchase completion email will be sent to the email address you entered. The e-ticket can be found in the email.
I lost the e-ticket email I received after booking.
Please contact the store you made the booking and request to resend the email.
If you could not find the e-ticket email on the day of your visit, please tell the store so that they can resend it.
Change / Cancellation
I want to know how to cancel.
Please press the cancel button in the purchase completion email to open the dedicated link.
Please enter your email address at the link and issue a temporary URL for cancellation. The URL will be sent to the email address you entered.
Please cancel the booking purchase within the URL.
Cancellation is complete when you receive the cancellation completion email.
I want to know about the cancellation fee.

Is it possible to change the number of people and the date and time after booking?
Due to either change, please cancel once and make a booking again.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation fee free period has expired in the cancellation policy.
Can I cancel and refund if I cannot participate due to flight cancellation?
In the case of the free cancellation period, please cancel by yourself.
If the free cancellation period has expired, please contact the store you booked before your arrival time.
In this case, we will give you a full refund.

Will I be contacted if canceled due to bad weather or store circumstances?

Is e-ticket necessary on the day of my visit?
Yes. Please present the e-ticket in the purchase completion email when you arrive. Printing is not necessary.

Only one e-ticket will be issued per group, so the first customer to visit the store should bring their e-ticket.
